Midwest Expanded Metal specializes in producing custom made BLANKS-TO-SIZE parts with BONDED EDGES. The blank-to-size product provides a ready to use expanded metal part, and eliminates costly scrap and shearing time. The bond edge provides a much safer product to handle in your shop, as well as a higher quality product to your customer.
Midwest also offers a wide range of diamond patterns and gauges in coil form, and can hold slitting width tolerances as close as (+-.005").
Expanded Metal can be produced from a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, galvanized, titanium, and nickel.
